Health Link opened its doors on March 1st 2007. We are currently recruiting, touring and interviewing physicians to join our new clinic. We hope to expand the number of doctors and allied health care professionals over the next year.
Health Care providers who join Health Link will be members of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurse practitioners and allied health professionals such as dietitians and social workers. Our more experienced doctors will act as mentors for new family physicians interested in joining our group practice.
In partnership with Two Rivers Family Health Team, Doctor Russ Ashton and Doctor Sarah Kolk have moved their practices to Health Link Cambridge and are joined by Doctor Huyen Pham who is currently building her practice.
